Priod annwyl Megan, tad cariadus Helen a Cathryn a tad yng nghyfraith Jeremy ac Andrew, Taidy balch Megan a Lizzie, brawd hoff Margaret, Pat, a'r diweddar Bryan.

Gwasanaeth yn Amlosgfa Llanelwy, dydd Iau 20 Chwefror am 3 o'r gloch. Blodau teulu yn unig.

Derbynnir rhoddion yn ddiolchgar tuag at The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association. ......................................................... Peacefully in the presence of his family, of Erw Salusbury, aged 86 years.

Beloved husband of Megan, loving father of Helen and Cathryn, and father-in-law of Jeremy and Andrew, proud Taidy of Megan and Lizzie, dear brother of Margaret, Pat and the late Bryan.

Service at St. Asaph Crematorium, Thursday 20 February at 3pm.

Family flowers only. Donations will be gratefully received towards The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association.
